This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders of industrial motors and related accessories from ATW Motor Source via https://atwmotorsource.com/.

1. Quotation & Shipping Terms
We mainly offer international trade terms including FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP as agreed in the formal sales contract. All shipping arrangements, freight cost, insurance and delivery schedule will be confirmed in your proforma invoice before production.

2. Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on product type and customization requirement:
– Standard motors: 7–15 working days
– Custom engineered / special specification motors: 15–40 working days
Lead time starts after receiving your deposit and confirmed technical drawings.

3. Shipping Methods
We provide sea freight, air freight and express delivery according to customer’s request:
– Sea freight: Recommended for bulk motor orders, longer transit time, cost-effective
– Air freight: For small spare parts or urgent orders
– Express: For samples and small accessories.

Transit time is estimated and not guaranteed, affected by port congestion, customs clearance, weather or carrier delays.

4. Customs & Duties
Unless agreed under DDP term:
Buyer is responsible for all import customs clearance, import duties, taxes and local customs fees at destination country. We will provide full set of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/ISO certificates) for customs clearance.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once goods are dispatched, we will send you tracking number, shipping document copies for you to monitor shipment status.

6. Damaged or Lost Goods
Please inspect goods immediately upon arrival. If package or products are damaged during transit, you must notify the carrier and us within 7 working days of goods arrival, with photos/videos as evidence for claim support.
