Q: What types of industrial electric motors do you supply?
A: We provide a full range of high-efficiency industrial motors, including standard AC induction motors, explosion-proof motors, high-torque heavy-duty motors, and custom motors for mining, water treatment, oil & gas, manufacturing and renewable energy industries. We support custom voltage, IP protection class and insulation class to match your site requirements.
Q: Can you customize motors for my special working conditions?
A: Yes. Our engineering team can tailor motor parameters according to your operating environment, such as high dust, high humidity, shock load, or hazardous explosion-proof zones. We adjust power, speed, mounting type and protection rating to fit your equipment and application scenarios.
Q: What is your lead time for motor orders?
A: Standard stock motors can be shipped within 7–15 working days. For customized non-standard motors, the production lead time is typically 30–45 working days. We will confirm the exact schedule after your technical specification is finalized.
Q: Are your motors compliant with international industry standards?
A: All our motors meet global certification standards including IE high efficiency, IEC, and relevant industry requirements. We can provide test reports and certification documents such as SGS, RoHS upon request for your project inspection.
Q: Can you help me select the right replacement motor for my existing machine?
A: Absolutely. Please share your original motor nameplate data, equipment type and working conditions with us. Our technical team will evaluate and recommend the most suitable motor model, and also check compatibility for direct replacement.
Q: What is the warranty period for your industrial motors?
A: We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper installation, overload operation or poor site maintenance is not included. We provide after-sales technical support during the whole warranty period.
Q: Do your motors work with VFD / variable frequency drives?
A: Most of our industrial motors are designed to be compatible with VFD systems. We can specially reinforce the insulation and bearing system if you need continuous variable-speed operation, to extend motor service life under VFD working mode.
Q: What payment and shipping terms are available?
A: We support T/T payment terms. For shipping, we can arrange FOB, CFR or CIF delivery to your designated port. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe packaging and on-time delivery for heavy motor cargo.
